DOUBLE ROOM, for 1 GIRL (STUDENT), in spacious apartment of about 70 sqm. ( in Loreto/Piola), handy and VERY NEAR from MM Loreto and Piola, VIA VELA (Red and Green line), about 5 minutes to walk!!!It's newly renovated (externally and internally) with fine finishes.

The apartment is made up of an entrance, a spacious living room/dining room with kitchen, one double room with two beds, one single room, bathroom with large shower, armoured door, digital terrestrial system throughout the home, flat-screen tv and ADSL line. Their is central heating. The property is fully furnished and has air conditioning.

In the living/dining room there is a large corner sofa.

Price € 360 each person; all fees included (except gas and electricity, 40€ per month).

The apartment is free from the 1st of FEBRUARY!
